We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
